Select connected squares, enter their arithmetic clue, and save the cage.

What each result means

Solved: a grid obeys every row, column, and cage clue. Multiple solutions: at least two arrangements fit; more clues are needed. No solution: at least one clue conflicts with the others.

One cage per line, for example 6×: A1 A2 or 3+: B1 B2. Letter = row, number = column. Include SIZE: 4 to change grid size. For printed starting digits, use GIVENS: A1=2 C4=3.

How to use this Calcudoku solver

1. Set up the gridChoose the size. Tap squares in each outlined cage, enter its target and math symbol, then press Save cage.
2. Add any givensMost puzzles have no given digits. If yours does, switch to Enter numbers and type the printed digits. All squares must belong to a cage.
3. Solve automaticallyPress Solve puzzle to calculate a valid filled grid and check if there is more than one solution.

Calcudoku rules: use digits 1 through the grid size once in every row and column, and make each cage equal its math target. The “different digits within each cage” option handles variants that forbid cage repeats.
