EAN-13 / UPC Barcode Patterns

Full example and check digit

Each encoded digit has seven modules: 1 = black, 0 = white. The left six use L or G patterns as directed by the first digit; the right six use R. The guard bars are 101, 01010 and 101. The 13th digit is a checksum (alternating weights 1 and 3 across the first 12 digits).
